Chris Olave handled a whopping 29.4% of the Saints targets in Weeks 1 to 17 before sitting out the final game of the season. That ranked sixth in that span, just behind Jefferson. There was a chance that Round 1 rookie Jordyn Tyson could have eaten into that workload in 2026 to some degree but now the rookie is set to miss over a month of regular season action.

Olave's 29.4% target share (6th) locked in; rookie Tyson's injury absence preserves his volume.

Olave handled a whopping 29.4% of Saints targets in Weeks 1-17 before sitting out the final game, ranking sixth in that span just behind Jefferson. His targets per route ranked eighth on the year. Round 1 rookie Jordyn Tyson was set to eat into that workload but is now set to miss over a month of regular season action. After developing pristine chemistry with Tyler Shough in the back half of the season, expect Olave to be a volume hog again.
