McLaurin's new scheme and versatile role set up potential career year despite Diggs.

Everything seems to be changing for the better for McLaurin this offseason. After a throwaway season full of injuries to himself and his QB, Washington changes offensive coaching and philosophy away from the Kliff Kingsbury offense. McLaurin moves from a static role as the 'left' WR to more versatile movement around the formation. The addition of Stefon Diggs limits his WR1 volume potential but isn't a total killer for his fantasy value. If the Commanders end up playing more under center and play action as they say they will, the Commanders WR1 can be set up for a career year.
