Jordan Tyson suffered an injury that's going to extend into the season... Chris Olive never really separated from Rasheed Shahid. Like on a per target or per route basis, Rasheed either bested him or was just like slightly behind him... Chris Ave is fantastic dude... I'm a big Chris Olive guy... I'm drafting him ahead of like Drake London right now. I'm drafting him ahead of Rashi Rice right now... I think Ave is good. I think he's excellent and I think we're Chris is under projection on him.
STACKED’s take
WR7 last year, now WR10 projection; elite technician undervalued despite Tyson injury.
Downgraded outlook due to Jordan Tyson's season-extending injury; previously had a pathway to PPR cheat-code status with Tyson healthy, but now faces reduced target opportunity. Historically has not separated from Rasheed Shahid on a per-target or per-route basis over two years (2022–2024), suggesting limited ceiling even with Tyson sidelined. Currently projected as WR10 in fantasy points per game but was WR7 last year; the ecosystem has improved in year two of Kell Moore and Tyler Shuck, with an improved offensive line and run game. Olave is an elite route runner and technician with excellent separation and break quickness; he excels on boundary routes and the vertical plane. Kell Moore has a strong track record with number-one wide receivers. The speaker is drafting Olave ahead of Drake London and Rashid Rice, and believes he is at worst WR7 again this year, making him undervalued at current projection.
