Zachariason prefers Tate over Moore; better WR talent despite worse QB.

JJ Zachariason really likes Carnell Tate as a prospect and believes he's a damn good player. He selected Tate in the fifth round over DJ Moore, citing that Tate is a much better wide receiver than Moore at this point in their respective careers, despite Moore being in a significantly better situation. Zachariason notes that sportsbooks suggest the Titans should be better this year, the coaching staff has improved considerably, and Tate has a much better wide receiver room than Cam Ward had last year.
