JJ Zachariason drafts Tank Bigsby as a running back handcuff in round fourteen, calling him 'another fantastic sleeper,' and notes that all three handcuffs (Lloyd, Washington, Bigsby) are 'one injury or in Lloyd's case suspension away from sky rocket up the ranks.'
