Lloyd is a Day Two rookie (2024) who has barely played. JJ Zachariason argues his path to immediate production is cleaner than Jonathon Brooks': Josh Jacobs is on the Commissioner's Exempt List with a suspension floor of six games and ceiling of eight to ten games. Lloyd's competition includes only special teamer Chris Brooks and Steelers castoff Kaleb Johnson. While Lloyd may lack Brooks' talent ceiling, both backs have cleared major health hurdles and are getting a discount due to injury-prone perception that drafters overvalue.
