Kittle tore his Achilles in January 2026 but is trending in the right direction to play in Week 1 vs. Rams; he made the trip to Australia after two positive days of practice. He opened training camp on the physically unable to perform list but was activated Aug. 23. Kittle expressed optimism about his recovery, noting his tear occurred higher in the leg where blood flow is prevalent. In 11 games last season, he had 57 catches for 628 yards and seven touchdowns.
