Downs is a talented separator being bought at a depressed ADP following the Michael Pittman Jr. trade. He was limited by playing time last year, playing on a career-low 55.1% of Colts snaps and running routes on 67% when healthy. With the receiver room depleted, Downs has a chance to lead the room in catches and yards despite the addition of Keenan Allen and Alec Pierce's return from ankle injury. Downs ranks 22nd in targets per route run (23.9%) since entering the league, just behind his now-former teammate Pittman, demonstrating that when he's on the field, he gets the ball.
