Robinson was an improved player last year, getting downfield more and bumping his yards per catch by 4.5 yards; his 92-1,014-4 line slotted him as WR16 in half-point PPR scoring. However, the summer draft market is not impressed, with his Yahoo ADP in the 130 range (around WR50), creating a regress-and-win opportunity. Robinson can give back a chunk of last year's stats and still be worth the draft capital he commands. The setup in Tennessee is favorable, with rookie WR Carnell Tate going four rounds ahead of Robinson despite the gap not factoring in that play-caller Brian Daboll was Robinson's head coach with the Giants. You can draft Robinson at his floor and still dream about upside.
