The Las Vegas Raiders have named veteran Kirk Cousins their starting quarterback for their Week 1 matchup with the Miami Dolphins, head coach Klint Kubiak announced on Wednesday morning. Kubiak praised Cousins during the announcement. 'He [Cousins] played really good football. I'm really happy with all three of our quarterbacks. Kirk's had a really good offseason, very good camp and he's earned it.'
