With Etienne, I don't believe he's a dominant RB, and I do believe he's due for some heavy receiving regression after a six-TD year... However, with an improved Saints OL, an injured Alvin Kamara and even Jordyn Tyson, along with what seems like every other RB on the entire team, Etienne is set up for huge volume at RB18.
