Yahoo Fantasy Football on George Kittle

Kittle's Achilles injury creates recovery uncertainty despite elite 90.8 PFF grade.

Despite missing five games, Kittle finished 2025 as TE13 in PPR scoring and led all 37 qualified tight ends with a PFF grade of 90.8. He tore his Achilles in the playoffs but could be ready for Week 1 and even traveled with the 49ers for the opening game in Australia. The Niners added Mike Evans and Deebo Samuel in free agency and drafted De'Zhuan Stribling. Kittle remains a high-end TE1, but the uncertainty around his recovery is why he lands at TE6 in the rankings.
