I'm not sure I can find any real signals that Derrick Henry suffered any individual decline last year. In fact, while his yards before contact dipped dramatically from 2024 (2.41) to 2025 (1.6) his yards after contact actually went up just a bit from 3.5 to 3.59. That latter figure still ranked fourth-best among qualified rushers. Yet, his ADP is outside the top 15 picks.

Matt Harmon's favorite Round 2 pick; found no real signals of individual decline despite yards before contact dipping from 2.41 (2024) to 1.6 (2025). Yards after contact actually increased slightly from 3.5 to 3.59, ranking fourth-best among qualified rushers. Ravens added no serious competition for the workhorse. ADP is outside top 15 picks, making him excellent value for receiver-heavy builds in Declan Doyle's offense suited to heavy outside zone runs.
