Struggles during training camp and preseason are expected for a rebuilding team with a new regime, but if Willis can prove to be the long-term answer, the Dolphins' near-term future gets significantly brighter. However, he will have to do so with minimal offensive support, as the Dolphins claimed an NFL-high seven players off waivers following cut-down day.
