NeutralProjection
Elite college prospect (Texas) drafted round 2 despite ACL; underperformed in NFL.
Jonathan Brooks was a great prospect coming out of the University of Texas and was drafted in the second round despite a torn ACL; like Marshon Lloyd, Brooks has underperformed in the NFL, but Brooks' superior college pedigree (second-round pick vs. Lloyd's pick 100) distinguishes him as a higher-caliber prospect despite both struggling professionally.
