My big takeaway from kind of doing this ADP study was, yes, Malik neighbors can reach his wide receiver 11, wide receiver 12 ADP, but for him to be a super, super smash, I don't know if that's actually going to happen

Nabers' top-12 ADP is risky due to injury history and a new offensive scheme.
Andrew Erickson highlights that while Nabers is an elite talent, his current ADP as a top-12 wide receiver (27th overall) is risky given his recovery from a torn ACL and the transition to a new offense under Matt Nagy. Erickson's study of nine receivers who played fewer than 10 games and held a top-12 ADP the following season shows that only three met expectations, while six were busts. Pat Fitzmaurice notes that while Nabers has the upside of a Ja'Marr Chase or Puka Nacua, his success is contingent on quarterback Jackson Dart's development and the team's stated desire to establish the run.
