From the episode

Tyler Warren, the tight end three in my rankings is available. He had 111 targets as a rookie. Michael Pittman Jr. no longer there, and I think that with the guys that are there, Alec Pierce and Josh Downs, there's not a lot after them. So a lot of that volume is potentially going to go to Tyler Warren. He could push 140 targets in my estimation and just be a monster in this offense.

Tyler Warren could push 140 targets as TE1 with Pittman gone.

Tyler Warren is ranked as tight end three in the speaker's rankings and is projected to receive significant volume following Michael Pittman Jr.'s departure; with Alec Pierce and Josh Downs as the only other notable receiving options, Warren could push 140 targets and become a monster in the offense, making him a strong tight end one selection.
