Charbonnet gets cleaner base-down role without goal-line competition.

Charbonnet is the clear-cut starter in a base-down role with George Holani in a passing-down role. This is a better role for Charbonnet than what Kenneth Walker III had when he was RB22 on RB27 usage while Charbonnet was healthy, as Holani is not a real threat to the goal-line role in ways that were problematic with the Walker-Charbonnet split.
