Tucker becomes Raiders' top target with Bowers out; favorable Dolphins matchup supports startable upside.

With Brock Bowers out 1–4 weeks (meniscus), Tucker has a chance to be the Raiders' top target. In five games without Bowers last year, Tucker averaged 5.8 targets and 4.2–48–0.0 receiving line as WR48 in usage; a 22% target share would flirt with startable production. Matchup is favorable: Dolphins starting late first-round rookie Chris Johnson in slot, volatile CB1 JuJu Brents and CB2 Jason Marshall on perimeter are gettable where Tucker lines up; Miami has worst starting safety group in NFL. Raiders project 21.75 points this week, could be one of their highest totals of the year.
