Buffalo Rumblings on James Cook
ArticleBuffalo Bills at Houston Texans, Week 1 bold predictions
From the article
James Cook III gets 100+ yards from scrimmage. James Cook is currently -114 at FanDuel O/U 74.5 rushing yards. Cook can get most of that total with one cut to the end zone. At some point, Brady will lean into the running game. I say he finishes over that total, perhaps north of 30 yards on the day. Parallels have been drawn between Cook and Alvin Kamara for good reason. Cook came out of college as a premiere dual-threat player, and I expect Brady to better unleash Cook in that role this season.

Cook projected for 100+ scrimmage yards with dual-threat role expansion under Brady.
James Cook is projected to exceed 100 yards from scrimmage in Week 1; the source expects him to finish over 74.5 rushing yards (currently -114) and over 19.5 receiving yards (also -114), potentially north of 30 receiving yards. Cook is compared to Alvin Kamara as a dual-threat player, and the source expects Brady to better unleash Cook in that role this season. Cook is also favored at -105 as an anytime touchdown scorer and -165 to lead the game in rushing yards.
