Washington Jr. is a high-upside handcuff with elite athletic traits

Mike Washington Jr. is highlighted as a top-tier handcuff, ranking behind only Tank Bigsby and Marshawn Lloyd. His size, athleticism, and ability to create yards after contact make him a high-upside stash; if he were to take over the lead role, he would be a top-15 weekly fantasy running back.
