From the episode

I'm definitely on Garrett Wilson. Fourth round ADP. We're getting a discount on him in drafts because he was hurt last year... Geno Smith is going to provide an upgrade.

Wilson is a prime bounce-back candidate with a QB upgrade.

Mike Clay identifies Garrett Wilson as a bounce-back candidate, noting he is being discounted in the fourth round due to last year's injury. Wilson was highly productive and a target hog (top seven in targets) in his first three seasons, and the move to Geno Smith at quarterback is expected to be a significant upgrade for his fantasy production.
