The Sun God had the best usage of any WR in Week 1, according to my expected half-PPR points model (20.8). New OC Drew Petzig typically highlights a slot/TE type to run his offense through, and that's absolutely ARSB this year... They've struggled against slot types recently, to the point that St. Brown has a case to be the WR1 overall in Week 2.

St. Brown had the best usage of any WR in Week 1 (20.8 expected half-PPR points) and is the focal point of new OC Drew Petzig's offense, which typically highlights a slot/TE type. The Lions' injuries (starting LG, C, RT on offense; both safeties and possibly a starting CB on defense) will force more passing, and Jared Goff has been QB2 in passing yards in 3-street seasons. Buffalo's secondary has struggled against slot types recently, and while Christian Benford will shadow Jameson Williams on the boundary, St. Brown has the best individual matchup and a case to be WR1 overall in Week 2.
