Week 1: 26-of-39, 206 yards, 2 TDs; Goff's anti-blitz profile (#9 offensive EPA vs #30 blitz defense) is Detroit's best passing answer against Buffalo's weak blitz defense. If Detroit trails, Goff volume rises and he becomes a PPR engine with St. Brown and LaPorta. Caveat: Detroit's OL is banged up (Christian Mahogany out with hip, Blake Miller out with knee, Juice Scruggs limited), which will decide whether Goff can actually beat the blitz or Buffalo can get home with four.
