Only being 5'9"/183 will work against his red zone stats, but Flowers is a positive regression candidate as an upside WR2. That's especially true with the Ravens projected for the 5th-most points in 2026. Even if he scores around his 5.5 TDs that the betting markets project for him, Flowers is a fine pick at the Round 3/4 turn as the WR17 in ADP. He was the WR14 on WR26 usage last season. In games with Lamar Jackson active, that jumped to half PPR's WR10 on a per-game basis, thanks to a 29% target share. As a bonus, there's a chance that new OC Declan Doyle plays a little faster and with more pass volume than old-school OC Todd Monken. Over the past two seasons, the Ravens are last in neutral pass rate (45%) and 21st in neutral pace. If Derrick Henry misses time or if the offense changes, it's easy to argue that Flowers' fantasy stock rises.
