Christian McCaffrey (RB, SF) is #5 overall in Hayden Winks' 2026 Half-PPR rankings vs. Underdog ADP 6.5 with a 260-point projection. Verdict: CMC's workload will drop and still projects as elite RB1. McCaffrey is coming off 450 touches, including the postseason. That's rare. 4).

Puka Nacua (WR, LAR) is #4 overall in Hayden Winks' 2026 Half-PPR rankings vs. Underdog ADP 4 with a 259-point projection. Verdict: Wannabe streamer is NFL's career YPG leader as side hustle. 4 more than the WR2 overall (Jaxon Smith-Njigba) last season. Over the past two seasons, only Ja'Marr Chase is in his neighborhood. 3) in NFL history.

Ja'Marr Chase (WR, CIN) is #3 overall in Hayden Winks' 2026 Half-PPR rankings vs. Underdog ADP 3.1 with a 256.6-point projection. Verdict: The 1.01 in full PPR with Burrow healthy this offseason. 5 PPR points per game. The only receivers close to matching him over that span are Puka Nacua, Amon-Ra St. Brown, CeeDee Lamb, and Malik Nabers.

Mike Washington (RB, LV) is #179 overall in Hayden Winks' 2026 Half-PPR rankings vs. Underdog ADP 200.2 with a 121-point projection. Verdict: Clear leader to be Jeanty's handcuff due to elite athleticism. This profile required some warming up to. He was a late breakout and was only an efficient committee member at Arkansas as a redshirt senior, but when Washington had daylight, he was scoring. His (NFL Combine) athleticism is on par with Adrian Peterson, though the rookie has some tightness on tape which held back his broken tackle chances.

Tre Tucker (WR, LV) is #171 overall in Hayden Winks' 2026 Half-PPR rankings vs. Underdog ADP 152.9 with a 91.8-point projection. Verdict: Why are you reading Tucker takes in the middle of summer?. 1), even ahead of Jakobi Meyers and Davante Adams. I write catchable because, wow, there have been a lot of uncatchable targets to him. In fact, that's only 65% catchable targets when he's not being thrown a screen.

Jalen Nailor (WR, LV) is #135 overall in Hayden Winks' 2026 Half-PPR rankings vs. Underdog ADP 147.3 with a 116.1-point projection. Verdict: Nailor is paid as a WR3 but should be the Raiders WR1 behind Bowers. Nailor was a low-target WR in an all-around role behind Justin Jefferson and Jordan Addison, though his best work came in the slot to me. He plays with some wiggle and has enough speed to occasionally win down the field when tasked with that. The Raiders are signing him to be a lot more than a No.

Travis Kelce (TE, KC) is #118 overall in Hayden Winks' 2026 Half-PPR rankings vs. Underdog ADP 120.8 with a 131.5-point projection. Verdict: Unc still had it in full PPR, less so on tape. In 14 games with Patrick Mahomes in 2025, Kelce was the TE6 in full PPR, TE5 in receptions, and TE3 in receiving yards on a per-game basis. He was also 2nd in success rate on his targets (68%), even if he is no longer creating real magic after the catch. The tape doesn't match those numbers (as most of his explosives were on broken coverages), but those numbers did just happen for what it's worth.

Patrick Mahomes (QB, KC) is #103 overall in Hayden Winks' 2026 Half-PPR rankings vs. Underdog ADP 92.8 with a 280.6-point projection. Verdict: Mahomes' injury and KC's new RB are reasons to expect slightly less in fantasy. Mahomes is coming back from a torn ACL in December, but he appears to be on pace for a Week 1 return. It's just unlikely he's moving quite as well, and it's possible the Chiefs tinker with the offensive philosophy while he's less than 100% and while they have a dynamic RB (Kenneth Walker) for the first time in his career. Xavier Worthy (WR, KC) is #89 overall in Hayden Winks' 2026 Half-PPR rankings vs. Underdog ADP 94.3 with a 136-point projection. Verdict: Worthy has bounce back sleeper appeal with Rice/Kelce feeling dicey. Worthy's sophomore season was a total bust, but how much of that can be contextualized with random injuries is the question. He suffered a dislocated shoulder from Travis Kelce in Week 1, played through it, and then had surgery immediately following the season. He also picked up an ankle injury in Week 5, then had a setback in Week 13 on it.

Travis Kelce (TE, KC) is #115 overall in Hayden Winks' 2026 Half-PPR rankings vs. Underdog ADP 120.8 with a 131.5-point projection. Verdict: Unc still had it in full PPR, less so on tape. In 14 games with Patrick Mahomes in 2025, Kelce was the TE6 in full PPR, TE5 in receptions, and TE3 in receiving yards on a per-game basis. Sutton should remain a big target and TD threat, but Waddle is coming for Sutton's 21% target share and WR19 expected fantasy points. Keaton Mitchell (RB, LAC) is #120 overall in Hayden Winks' 2026 Half-PPR rankings vs. Underdog ADP 137.2 with a 89.9-point projection. Verdict: WANTED: Mitchell can be a best ball RB3/flex in McDaniel's scheme. Mitchell is such a Mike McDaniel RB. He's only 5'8"/191 but fast as hell and one of the best per-carry backs in the NFL. 3) among RBs with 100+ carries since 2023.

Verdict: Sutton will take target hit with Jaylen Waddle in age-30 season. Bo Nix (QB, DEN) is #97 overall in Hayden Winks' 2026 Half-PPR rankings vs. Underdog ADP 107 with a 299.7-point projection. Verdict: Nix is priced as QB14 with Waddle after being QB9 back to back years. There is not a great explanation for Bo Nix being the QB14 in ADP after he was the QB9 as a rookie, QB9 as a sophomore, and then had Jaylen Waddle join him this offseason. The reasons for this are that QB8-QB15 is very close, and that Nix's rushing numbers could be impacted by his broken ankle surgery and he was the QB13 in both yards and touchdowns on the ground over the past two years. But isn't there far more passing production upside to counter that?

J.K. Dobbins (RB, DEN) is #94 overall in Hayden Winks' 2026 Half-PPR rankings vs. Underdog ADP 97.4 with a 147.2-point projection. Verdict: Dobbins faces too many Qs to target in sure-fire committee offense. Dobbins likely would've been a top-10 RB throughout his NFL career had he not dealt with these injuries. Unfortunately, a broken foot in 2025 is yet another major injury to factor into his upcoming age-27 season. Dobbins was the RB25 on RB29 usage through 10 weeks as the Broncos' clear top option.

Quentin Johnston (WR, LAC) is #84 overall in Hayden Winks' 2026 Half-PPR rankings vs. Underdog ADP 74.7 with a 134.9-point projection. Verdict: Johnston will be a spike-week WR3/4 if he can hold off Tre Harris in 2-WR sets. Johnston went from total bust to staying afloat over the past couple years. He's still got clear warts, but they didn't stop him from being the WR23 on WR33 usage last year in fantasy football. He's run a little hot on TDs to get there (9% TD rate), though that's what we should expect with Justin Herbert, OC Mike McDaniel, and his speed on these run-away routes.

Justin Herbert (QB, LAC) is #75 overall in Hayden Winks' 2026 Half-PPR rankings vs. Underdog ADP 81.7 with a 307.3-point projection. Verdict: Herbert could lead in pass TDs with easy-button OC Mike McDaniel. The Greg Roman offense was far more balanced in 2024-25 (31 attempts per game) than the rest of Herbert's career (39). Roman is out. Mike McDaniel is in.

Ladd McConkey (WR, LAC) is #44 overall in Hayden Winks' 2026 Half-PPR rankings vs. Underdog ADP 35.5 with a 171.8-point projection. Verdict: McConkey is WR2 bounce back with McDaniel gearing OFF towards quick hitters. McConkey busted as a sophomore after an excellent rookie season. There were a couple reasons for this. One, McConkey was playing through an injury, while Justin Herbert was running for his life behind the most-injured OL in the NFL.

Terry McLaurin (WR, WAS) is #46 overall in Hayden Winks' 2026 Half-PPR rankings vs. Underdog ADP 44.5 with a 178.7-point projection. Verdict: McLaurin is the WR14 per-game with Jayden Daniels since 2024. McLaurin has 23 games with Jayden Daniels. He's the WR14 on WR26 usage on a per-game basis using PPR scoring with him, while obviously running pure on touchdowns. Since then, the Commanders have lost Deebo Samuel and Zach Ertz, replacing them with Chig Okonkwo, 3rd-round rookie slot/Z Antonio Williams, and maybe Brandon Aiyuk if the 49ers release him from hostage.

Garrett Wilson (WR, NYJ) is #40 overall in Hayden Winks' 2026 Half-PPR rankings vs. Underdog ADP 39.6 with a 188.1-point projection. Verdict: Wilson projects as a WR2 despite FUD of (overrated) new target comp. It's never easy for Wilson to score fantasy points. It comes with the territory as a Jet. 2026 is likely to be no different with Geno Smith aging, OC Frank Reich coming off 3-straight incomplete seasons as a coach, and with multiple 1st-round picks spent on pass catchers this offseason.

Zay Flowers (WR, BAL) is #39 overall in Hayden Winks' 2026 Half-PPR rankings vs. Underdog ADP 30.3 with a 189.7-point projection. Verdict: Flowers can smash in Round 4 with better TD luck. 1 per game) and yards (71 per game), even though Lamar Jackson missed time and was playing well off his MVP pace when available. The 25-year-old receiver has improved, and the target competition is as weak as ever with Isiah Likely out and Mark Andrews aging. He just has to score more TDs.

Travis Etienne Jr. (RB, NO) is #34 overall in Hayden Winks' 2026 Half-PPR rankings vs. Underdog ADP 33.7 with a 189.7-point projection. Verdict: Etienne is the buy to take advantage of slept-on Saints O. Etienne has cleared 1,399 total yards in 3-of-4 NFL seasons, and his lone miss was when unhealthy with coach Doug Pederson. Quietly, this is Etienne's best environment he's ever been in for fantasy points. Coach Kellen Moore has been functional at every stop, including in his head coaching debut last year with emerging QB Tyler Shough.

Jaylen Waddle (WR, DEN) is #32 overall in Hayden Winks' 2026 Half-PPR rankings vs. Underdog ADP 42.9 with a 163.7-point projection. Verdict: Waddle can be Payton's next top-10 fantasy WR as Round 4 target. This will be a major Waddle bounce-back season after lots of unavoidable factors worked against him in Miami. As a rookie, Waddle caught 104 passes. That was his only season without Hall of Famer Tyreek Hill.

Rashee Rice (WR, KC) is #31 overall in Hayden Winks' 2026 Half-PPR rankings vs. Underdog ADP 25.5 with a 187.1-point projection. Verdict: Rice looks better in GTA than half PPR as each day passes. Rice was the WR5 on WR2 expected points last year while healthy. Unfortunately, his on-field production only matters as much as he's on it. Rice underwent a clean-up procedure for debris in his knee, stemming from his previous knee tear.

Nico Collins (WR, HOU) is #20 overall in Hayden Winks' 2026 Half-PPR rankings vs. Underdog ADP 22.3 with a 203.8-point projection. Verdict: Collins has top-5 talent if his OC/OL can get out of the way. Collins is a total freak. At 6'4"/222, he showcases elite build up speed on his vertical routes, while also having the fluidity to be an asset after the catch on screens and slants. If ranking WRs based on real-life talent, I'd place him 3rd or 4th.

Brock Bowers (TE, LV) is #18 overall in Hayden Winks' 2026 Half-PPR rankings vs. Underdog ADP 20.5 with a 188-point projection. Verdict: Bowers should have highest target share among TEs ... by far. Bowers is the next Travis Kelce for fantasy football. 6 YPG through his first two seasons are the most since at least 2000 at TE, and his five closest comps (George Kittle, Jeremy Shockey, Rob Gronkowski, Jimmy Graham, and Aaron Hernandez) averaged 4 more YPG in their third NFL season. His 13-closest comps averaged +7 YPG, too.

Derrick Henry (RB, BAL) is #16 overall in Hayden Winks' 2026 Half-PPR rankings vs. Underdog ADP 17.8 with a 238.2-point projection. Verdict: Henry projects for most rushing TDs (12.5) in the betting markets. Derrick Henry is the RB5 on RB13 usage over the past two seasons as a Raven in half PPR scoring. He's priced at RB11 on Underdog, so the market is expecting a decline. 08) over the last two years, while he was the RB1 in rush yards over expected (+27%) last season.

Colston Loveland (TE, CHI) is #41 overall in Hayden Winks' 2026 Half-PPR rankings vs. Underdog ADP 46.6 with a 166.9-point projection. Verdict: Loveland moves like a future All Pro TE on film. Loveland moved like a WR on his Michigan tape, which is why I ranked him 8th overall and the Bears selected him 10th overall in the 2025 NFL Draft despite skipping the Combine due to injury. That injury slowed him as a rookie, but Loveland's film was too undeniable to not play more by the end of his rookie season when he was still 21 years old. His flexibility in his routes, while reaching top-end speeds with such ease is what makes him stand out on film, whether it's against a slot CB, SS, or LB.

Emeka Egbuka (WR, TB) is #38 overall in Hayden Winks' 2026 Half-PPR rankings vs. Underdog ADP 33.9 with a 182.5-point projection. Verdict: Egbuka is compared to Kupp by the OC who coached Kupp during his triple crown. Egbuka's rookie season will be remembered for his WR9 start through Week 11, and then a rug-pull WR64 finishing from Week 12-18. There are splits to get to that can explain some of that. First, Baker Mayfield's injuries.

Tetairoa McMillan (WR, CAR) is #37 overall in Hayden Winks' 2026 Half-PPR rankings vs. Underdog ADP 39 with a 176.9-point projection. Verdict: McMillan has the tape to believe in a top-15 WR breakout. McMillan rode a consistent rookie season to OROY honors. He hit the ground running as the Panthers' very best offensive player, ultimately averaging as the WR24 on WR23 usage. Rookies with those type of numbers are often future fantasy WR1s, and McMillan has a lot of volume-based traits for someone who is also 6'5"/212.

Chris Olave (WR, NO) is #30 overall in Hayden Winks' 2026 Half-PPR rankings vs. Underdog ADP 29.6 with a 189.8-point projection. Verdict: Olave's role change with HC Kellen Moore, for the better. Olave's role changed under HC Kellen Moore. 1 yards). 6 in his first three seasons.

Javonte Williams (RB, DAL) is #27 overall in Hayden Winks' 2026 Half-PPR rankings vs. Underdog ADP 36.2 with a 190.8-point projection. Verdict: Javonte has same projections as fringe Round 1 RBs as Round 3/4 ADP. Williams looked a little healthier on tape last season, even if he's maxed out athletically compared to others in the top-3 rounds of fantasy drafts. What he's good at (vision, power, protection) is what coaches love, and the Cowboys have some great coaches on offense. Javonte looks like a saint next to Jaydon Blue and Malik Davis, so his playing time feels quite safe after signing a 3-year, $24M contract with $16M guaranteed.

Tee Higgins (WR, CIN) is #26 overall in Hayden Winks' 2026 Half-PPR rankings vs. Underdog ADP 32.6 with a 177.9-point projection. Verdict: Higgins is the WR14 with Burrow since 2022 as upside WR2. Higgins has played 39 games with Joe Burrow healthy since 2022. 9 PPR points, equating to WR14 per-game production on WR15 usage. Even though he's a vertical ball winner receiver, Higgins is actually leading in success rate on his targets since 2022 when Burrow is healthy.

DeVonta Smith (WR, PHI) is #25 overall in Hayden Winks' 2026 Half-PPR rankings vs. Underdog ADP 26.4 with a 179.1-point projection. Verdict: Smith is the WR3 in YPG w/o AJB since 2022 (small sample alert). J. Brown gone, Smith is the clear-cut WR1 for the first time since he broke as a rookie in 2021. 0).

Jeremiyah Love (RB, ARI) is #23 overall in Hayden Winks' 2026 Half-PPR rankings vs. Underdog ADP 24.7 with a 193-point projection. Verdict: 99th percentile prospect should eat touches despite Allgeier. With the 3rd overall draft capital locked in, Love is confirmed as a 100th percentile prospect in my model next to the likes of Saquon Barkley, Ezekiel Elliott, Christian McCaffrey, Reggie Bush, Melvin Gordon, Ashton Jeanty, Darren McFadden, Bijan Robinson, Todd Gurley, Adrian Peterson, and Jonathan Taylor. Elite company. 3.

Drake London (WR, ATL) is #19 overall in Hayden Winks' 2026 Half-PPR rankings vs. Underdog ADP 19.7 with a 203.2-point projection. Verdict: London has been the WR5 since 2024 when healthy as underrated super star. London is an underrated super star. 35 forty, London has no real holes. He has a huge frame, catches the ball cleanly, fights for extra yards, can dunk on CBs, and can sink his hips.

Chase Brown (RB, CIN) is #17 overall in Hayden Winks' 2026 Half-PPR rankings vs. Underdog ADP 16.5 with a 230.7-point projection. Verdict: Brown was the RB5 with Burrow last year, now drafted as RB12. Brown is the RB12 on RB5 usage over the past two seasons in 21 games with Joe Burrow active, using half PPR scoring. It's even better in just 2025, when Brown was the RB5 on RB4 usage in his 6 games with Burrow. His ADP sits at RB12 in the middle of Round 2, so Brown has very clear upside if this split continues.

De'Von Achane (RB, MIA) is #13 overall in Hayden Winks' 2026 Half-PPR rankings vs. Underdog ADP 17.5 with a 226-point projection. Verdict: Achane at risk w/o McDaniel, but lack of weapons and an underrated OL insulate. It's fair to assume the very peak of Achane's fantasy status is behind him. He was the RB5 on RB7 last year, and he's been the RB7 on RB10 usage over the past two seasons in half PPR. He's even better in full PPR.
