Wicks was acquired by the Eagles for only a 2026 fifth-round pick and 2027 sixth-round pick, and early returns suggest it's a bargain. He was extremely efficient with six targets for five catches and 74 yards, with all five receptions coming on third or fourth downs (27-yard gain on 3rd-and-12, 7-yard gain on 3rd-and-4, 5-yard gain on 4th-and-2, 15-yard gain on 3rd-and-12, 20-yard gain on 3rd-and-6). He generated the fifth-most EPA of any NFL receiver in a game over the last two seasons. Wicks is shaping up as a solid WR2 to DeVonta Smith's WR1, and the Eagles signed him to a one-year contract extension through 2027.
