Despite being carted off the field during Chicago's Week 2 loss to the Minnesota Vikings, the Bears' starting quarterback "avoided any major injury to his hamstring." Bears HC Ben Johnson told @ESPN1000 that he expects QB Caleb Williams to be "week to week" with the hamstring injury that he suffered Sunday.

Caleb Williams was carted off the field during Chicago's Week 2 loss to Minnesota; NFL insider Tom Pelissero reported Williams avoided any major injury to his hamstring, but Bears head coach Ben Johnson subsequently stated Williams is "week-to-week" with the hamstring injury, suggesting he will probably NOT play against the Eagles on Monday Night Football. "Week-to-week" is typically less optimistic than "day-to-day." Williams underwent an MRI following the injury.
