This might be the best Hurts game I have watched in a long time. A long time! Since the Vikings last year, or maybe even the Super Bowl?! The interceptions prevent it from being flawless, but the quality of the throws, the anticipation, and the willingness to stand in against pressure were elite.

Hurts delivered his best game in a long time—possibly since the Vikings last year or Super Bowl. His ball placement was exceptional throughout, hitting his back foot and throwing with anticipation before receivers came out of breaks. He demonstrated elite quality of throws, anticipation, and willingness to stand in against pressure; he did things never seen before. The interceptions prevent it from being flawless, but the overall performance was elite.
