Experienced back limited to passing-down role behind Price and others.

Helani is squarely in the Seahawks' backfield plans for 2026 and is the most experienced running back on the roster; he was a productive lead back at Boise State ahead of Ashen Gentry (a top-10 pick) and is well-liked in passing situations. However, for Helani to deliver serious fantasy value, he would need early-down opportunities, which won't happen given competition from Janarian Price, Emmanuel Wilson, and Zach Charbonnet. He will likely be relegated to passing-down back duty, which caps his fantasy ceiling.
