Williams' 4 targets in Week 2 despite 40 routes signals role decline, not luck.

Williams has 13 targets, six catches, and 78 yards for 13.8 PPR points against 25.34 expected points through two games. Week 1 showed bad luck (19.53 expected vs. 8.5 actual), but Week 2 revealed a role issue: Detroit dropped back 44 times, Jared Goff threw four touchdowns, Williams played 97% of snaps and ran 40 routes, yet received only four targets. When an offense throws that much and scores that much with a receiver running that many routes, the lack of targets signals a role problem, not luck. Detroit's weak defense should keep the offense in scoring mode, making the target scarcity harder to ignore.
