Looked like a prime positive regression candidate for Week 2 but fell flat. The role was there from a snaps/routes perspective, but couldn't deliver: 2 catches for 33 yards. Target share collapsed from 23.1% official in Week 1 to 10.5% official/12.2% adjusted in Week 2; catch total nearly cut in half (4 to 2). Per FantasyPros With Or Without Tool, Williams' FPPG decreases by 4 points with Lions TE Sam LaPorta dating back to last season. Will remain boom-or-bust, though probably has a boom upcoming versus the Jets.
