However, when Tua Tagovailoa is the starter, London's value drops significantly due to Tua's quick-hitting, dump-off heavy offense that favors Kyle Pitts and Bijan Robinson instead. London suffered a PCL injury (knee stability) around the time Penix was replaced, adding injury concern to the quarterback uncertainty.
