McConkey is a high-upside target with improved efficiency potential

Ladd McConkey is a high-upside target in the Chargers' offense, with his ADP potentially suppressed by last year's efficiency struggles. He saw significant usage in routes and end-zone targets (7th among TEs last year), and if efficiency improves under the new offensive scheme, he could emerge as the team's primary pass-catching option.
