Positive signalProjection

Silva ranks Williams above Hall and Love due to a superior offensive environment.

Evan Silva ranks Javonte Williams at 23 overall, placing him above Breece Hall and Jeremiah Love. Silva argues that while Williams may be less talented individually, he benefits from a superior offensive environment in Dallas, including a better offensive line and higher touchdown potential, and he is currently healthy.
