Must-start and waiver target with increased role

Pat Freiermuth is a recommended start and waiver wire pickup due to the team's stated goal of increasing his involvement. He is currently projected as a top-10 to top-14 tight end with a safe floor of 3-4 receptions and 47 yards, with potential for a top-7 finish if he scores. Cooper Rush explicitly recommends starting him over Kyle Pitts due to a very favorable matchup.
