He was viewed as a generational prospect coming out of Ohio State... he averaged 11 and a half points per game. Efficiency nothing special 1.68 yards per route run... He had 6.8 targets a game. He had over a 22% team target share for the Arizona Cardinals and then what happened in the following season? It got worse. He fell from 11 and a half points per game down to 10 and a half... So up until this point Marv has completely face planted at the NFL level.
