Downgrade from Josh Allen; slight upgrade over Mahomes in trade scenarios

Eli Sters identifies Joe Burrow as a downgrade option from Josh Allen, only viable in niche formats (double flex, 3-WR start) with severe skill position depth issues. Downgrading to Burrow would free up a low-end WR, but is not recommended in standard 2-receiver, 1-flex formats. In a separate trade scenario, Sters rates Mahomes-to-Burrow as a 'slight upgrade,' indicating modest positive value in acquiring Burrow at quarterback.
