Arrowhead Pride on Patrick Mahomes

Mahomes efficient despite five hits; 119.8 rating shows upside vs. weak secondary.

Mahomes was efficient despite pass protection issues, finishing with 246 yards on 20 of 24 passing attempts (10.3 yards per attempt) and a passer rating of 119.8; he was hit five times but not sacked, and the source notes he was 'nonchalantly dealing' and would have had a 'nuclear-level performance' against the inexperienced Dolphins secondary if not for the leaky pass protection.
