From the video
the best QB off waivers in your league is pretty easily going to be Jared Goff. Jared Goff just dropped 30 points this past week, 16 and a half the week prior. The Detroit Lions defense pretty damn bad at the same time. So, we are going to get a ridiculous amount of Jared Goff dropbacks.

Best waiver QB; 30 pts last week, elite volume from bad Lions D
Flock Fantasy identifies Goff as 'the best QB off waivers in your league' and notes he scored 30 points in the most recent week and 16.5 points the week prior. The source projects high volume due to Detroit's poor defense forcing more pass attempts and dropbacks, and prefers Goff over Tyler Shuck and Bryce Young, citing 'a pretty large sample' and noting the Lions defense is 'pretty damn bad' so 'we are going to get a ridiculous amount of Jared Goff dropbacks.'
