I do think even though Chris Bell's the second receiver drafted, he does have the higher ceiling than Caleb Douglas... His high moments were really, really high. If he gets bigger and stronger with his athleticism and what I would say is promising work against press man coverage... if he gets better as a route runner and also gets physically stronger... there's there's a lot of upside for a player like this.
