From the episode

I think T. Higgins is exactly who we think he is... a low maintenance wide receiver two. What I mean by that is you sign up for all the good, all the bad, and all the potentially unavailable when you draft T. Higgins.

NeutralRole

Higgins is a consistent, high-floor WR2 who lacks true WR1 upside.

The source describes Tee Higgins as a consistent, low-maintenance WR2 who has never caught 75 passes in a season and has only topped 1,000 yards twice in six years. While he provides a safe floor, he lacks the upside of a true WR1, even when Ja'Marr Chase is sidelined.
