Musgrave downgraded; no longer in the top tight end tier

The source has significantly lowered his ranking for Luke Musgrave, moving him out of the tier with Sam LaPorta and Tucker Kraft. He is now ranked alongside Brenton Strange, Juwan Johnson, and Kyle Pitts, as the source is no longer willing to bet on a player who may not see significant playing time.
