Pickens winning matchups but play-calling moved away from his production

Pickens made a big catch and was winning his matchups against the Cowboys defense, establishing an advantage that should have been featured more consistently. The source notes that Pickens was contributing and making plays, and criticizes the play-calling for moving away from what was working. A holding penalty on Terence Steele wiped out a third-down conversion after a big Pickens catch, and he was targeted on an incomplete pass on first-and-goal in the final sequence.
