Arrowhead Pride on Patrick Mahomes

Mahomes' 119.8 rating masks elite decision-making and poise against Miami.

Mahomes completed 20 of 24 passes for 246 yards and two touchdowns with one interception against Miami, posting a 119.8 passer rating without being sacked. The source notes the box score doesn't match the eye test; Mahomes played with ultimate confidence, using misdirection and play action to exploit soft spots in Miami's coverage, demonstrating nonchalant poise under pressure and sophisticated use of body language and shoulder fakes to move defenders and widen throwing windows.
