From the video

QB11, I got Jordan Love against the Buccaneers. ... I just think it's a situation where ... 50 plus pass attempts for a quarterback who I still do maintain to be good in real life.

Love is a high-volume QB11 start despite recent poor performance

Ian Hartitz ranks Jordan Love as QB11, citing the Packers' league-leading pass-heavy offense and high volume (projected 50+ attempts) against the Buccaneers. However, Hartitz also criticizes Love's recent poor play, grouping him with underperforming quarterbacks who need to improve.
