From the episode

I just think Todd Munkin, soon as he was hired, looked at the film and said, uh, I'm going to get my guys. And he got Casey Concepcion and he got Denzel Boston in the top 40 overall picks. Positive signalRole

Fannin's target share is at risk due to new additions Concepcion and Boston.

Harold Fannin's role as a high-volume, short-area target earner is threatened by the arrival of Casey Concepcion and Denzel Boston. Todd Munkin's offensive scheme appears to prioritize these new additions, potentially displacing Fannin as the primary 'easy button' target in the Browns' offense.
