we have a locked and loaded running back one with McAffrey... if you can sell a 28 first, couple future seconds, McCaffrey and Matthew Golden, and move over to two separate blue chip assets here with James Cook and Jamar Chase... trading away Hampton to upgrade to McAffrey... I think that this is a fine trade.

Locked-in RB1; tier-one asset in dynasty and redraft contexts.

Identified as a locked and loaded running back one—the team's primary back and cornerstone piece. In dynasty trade evaluation, Bree Hall approves of a deal sending McCaffrey and Matthew Golden (plus a 2025 first and future seconds) for James Cook and Jamar Chase, saying it 'does make a lot of sense' for a team targeting a championship in the next three years. Also valued as a tier-one asset in a trade where he is acquired for Hampton.
