Probably the lower end of the league... I don't think he was telling any lies when he said I wouldn't be considered mobile. Am I more mobile than Case? I sure hope so.

Goff admits to being lower-end mobility QB; confirms Johnson's assessment was accurate.

Goff acknowledged his mobility limitations in an appearance on the St. Brown Brothers podcast, describing himself as 'probably the lower end of the league' in terms of quarterback mobility. He confirmed that Ben Johnson's earlier comment about his lack of mobility was accurate, stating 'I don't think he was telling any lies when he said I wouldn't be considered mobile.' Goff also noted he is 'hopefully a bit more mobile' than Case Keenum but downplayed any controversy around Johnson's remarks, attributing them to Johnson's tendency to be misinterpreted by media rather than any intentional insult.
