Smith has top-12 potential with a spicy path to top-5 status.

The source views Devontae Smith as a potential top-12 wide receiver with a realistic shot at top-5 upside, citing his consistent target volume (clearing 100 targets in most seasons) and his role as the clear number one in the Eagles' offense.
